For full customization, detailed requirements of the client's ideal doll need to be put forward.
Therefore, if you provide us with detailed photos and videos of the doll you ordered, we will be able to get closer to the ideal doll.
Photos and videos must be taken from the front, left, right, and back of the person.
Also, please specify your desired height, weight, size, etc.
After confirming the photos and videos you provided, we will evaluate the customization difficulty, time, and price, create a quotation, and send it to you by email. Once we confirm the deposit payment, we will start the production of customized dolls.

Process from confirmation of payment to delivery

① [Payment Confirmation Notification] Once we confirm the payment by bank transfer etc., we will notify the customer by automatic reply email.
If it's a credit card, we can confirm it immediately, so we'll send an auto-reply email along with the payment.
In the case of bank transfer, Saturday and Sunday payments will be confirmed on Monday at 10:00 am. Payments will be confirmed around 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
② [Production] Dolls are produced in a factory.
If it is a TPE doll, it can be completed in about 3 days.
It takes about 4 days to complete a silicone head + TPE body most realistic sex doll. (If you choose to light up the love doll, it will take about 7 days to complete.)
The manufacturing cycle of all silicone dolls is longer than that of TPE dolls. Production lead times vary by manufacturer, but Mese dolls take about 3-4 days, while Elsa Babe takes about 25-30 days. According to the factory's order situation, the production cycle may be extended, please contact us if you are in a hurry.
③ [Confirm the real photo or video] After the ordered doll is completed, we will send you a photo or video of the actual completed love dolls. Please confirm the photo and reply.
Please keep us informed if there are any changes.
*We are working hard to get this to the customer as quickly as possible, so please allow 2 days for an email response after sending the completion report email.
If you do not hear back by then, we will assume that you are satisfied with the degree of completion and will ship the love dolls in the same condition as when the complete report was sent. Thank you for your understanding.
④【Factory Delivery】After confirming that there is no change in the delivery photos, we will deliver the goods.
It takes about 2 days to ship from our factory in China to the shipping company. (Currently, we do not provide tracking numbers for items moving within China, but please contact us if you need one.)
⑤【International Mail】We will ship to Japan from the shipping company in China. We will email you as soon as possible once we have the tracking number from the shipping company.
Regarding the waybill number, it may take some time for the system to reflect it.
If the tracking status is not updated, please check back in 2 days. If there is no change in status within 3 days, please contact us. I will check with the shipping company immediately.
⑥[Estimated delivery date] Although it is the estimated delivery date, it usually arrives about 4-6 days after delivery. (Affected by weather, customs procedures, and the new coronavirus, there may be a slight delay, please understand.)
